Description

You will lead technical project delivery teams and manage Power BI development within a data-driven environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BI and data engineering teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing hands-on technical guidance.
• Oversee Power BI architecture and development to ensure enterprise-level implementation and performance optimization.
• Work with PySpark and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and Power BI integration.
• Optimize Power BI performance using DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, Tabular Editor, and capacity metrics analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control and streamlined deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development, administration, and optimization.
• Proven experience managing technical teams in BI and data engineering projects.
• Strong background in data engineering, specifically using PySpark and scalable data processing.
• Expertise in Power BI performance tuning, capacity planning, and advanced data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise-level Power BI implementations and visualization techniques.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TMDL (Tabular Model Definition Language) and Power BI external tool integrations.
