Description

You will lead the architectural redesign of Power BI systems to improve usability and efficiency through UX-driven design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Power BI systems to identify usability issues and technical inefficiencies.
• Design and implement user-centric dashboards and reports that align with business requirements.
• Develop and enforce design best practices to ensure clarity and functionality across all visualizations.
• Provide technical leadership in Power BI architecture and data visualization strategies.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and architecture.
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design principles applied to data visualization.
• Proven track record of solving complex usability challenges within BI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI dashboard customization and architecture.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling and DAX optimization.
• Knowledge of modern UX design tools and frameworks.
