Description

You will develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports for financial and operational metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Aderant and other financial systems using SQL Server and SSIS.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Management to translate business requirements into BI solutions.
• Optimize data models and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Support the migration from legacy SSRS tools to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced reporting-related issues across integrated platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and ETL processes.
• Experience with Aderant Expert or Aderant Sierra.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data architecture.
• Minimum 4 years in reporting development or BI roles.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and integration.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, .NET, and Git/GitHub.
