Description

You will design, develop, and test dashboards for the NC FAST Case Management System using Oracle and Power BI. You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle from requirements analysis to production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify reporting requirements to implement solutions for mid to high complexity business metrics.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions.
• Enhance existing data extracts and reports to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
• Validate data integrity through audit strategies and operational performance metric analysis.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in report development and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI for dashboard design and implementation.
• Strong Oracle database experience.
• Expert-level SQL skills for writing performant queries against large datasets.
• Experience working with CLOB and XML data structures.
• Ability to interpret business requirements to develop diagnostic and tracking data.
• Experience debugging existing queries and fixing data extraction issues.
