Description

Build and maintain Power BI solutions to drive sales performance analytics and quota management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports using DAX and Power Query to visualize sales trends.
• Translate business requirements into functional BI solutions and data models.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL for reporting purposes.
• Manage stakeholder requirements to deliver distributor sales reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP sales data, specifically Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ability to analyze sales performance and quota management metrics.
• Ability to identify key sales trends through distributor reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
