You design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain process documentation.
• Optimize Power BI report performance through tuning, advanced features, and data modeling.
• Manage small teams and drive technical engagements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to devise technical solutions and adhere to coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Proficient in data modeling using DAX and M-Query.
• Extensive experience with T-SQL and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Big Query and deep understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Expertise in advanced features: RLS, incremental data load, dataflows, and Power BI REST API.
• Ability to work with diverse visuals and various data sources.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience suggesting and implementing improvements to coding standards and best practices.
