Lead a team of problem solvers to address complex business issues from strategy through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage workstreams by engaging directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct quality reviews of tickets and deliverables to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Manage project status reporting, escalations, risks, and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee incidents, changes, and problems while proposing process improvements.
• Contribute to Center of Excellence activities and cross-competency work.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in BI engineering and data analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and Excel (including Macros).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Cognos, and Qlik.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building advanced data analytics.
• Experience delivering managed data and analytics programs.
• Expertise in developing scalable and secure data structures and pipelines.
• Experience with data governance solutions and industry-leading tools.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to organize and solve unstructured problems using critical thinking.
