You will lead data analytics initiatives and guide teams in solving complex business challenges through actionable insights. Based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, you will own the full lifecycle of BI engineering projects, from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to address intricate business problems, managing workstreams and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct quality reviews of tickets, deliverables, and code, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data structures and pipelines.
• Manage SLAs, incidents, changes, and problems, while handling escalations and mitigating project risks effectively.
• Engage directly with clients to lead projects, communicate solutions, and influence stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose scalable data governance solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in BI engineering and building advanced data analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data visualization, dashboard creation, and report development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, transformation, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and Excel Macro development.
• Experience with data governance solutions, scalable data structures, and secure data pipelines.
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Cognos.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
