Description

Design and develop scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets while optimizing data models and queries across Snowflake and SQL Server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports using DAX and Power Query, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Write and optimize complex SQL and PLSQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and warehouse management.
• Design star and snowflake schemas to support efficient data modeling and analytics requirements.
• Implement BI governance, security standards, and role-based access controls across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated analytics pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including dataset creation and dashboard development.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for complex query development and optimization.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience integrating Power BI with enterprise data sources and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts, data pipelines, and data security practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or cloud analytics platforms.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Dataflows, or SSIS for data automation.
