You will design and build analytical solutions using Power BI, transforming business requirements into clean, intuitive dashboards and semantic models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build clean, intuitive Power BI dashboards tailored to business stakeholders, applying UI/UX best practices.
• Transform ambiguous business questions into clear visual analytic solutions.
• Design and develop semantic models, star schemas, and reusable datasets for enterprise use.
• Work with business teams to understand KPIs and translate reporting needs into analytics solutions.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance, clarity, and usability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Strong command of DAX and Power Query (M).
• Demonstrated ability to create clean, modern UI designs in Power BI.
• Experience building and managing shared datasets for enterprise use.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling concepts (star schema, fact/dim tables).
• Experience working with complex data sources including SQL, ERP systems, CSVs, and cloud data platforms.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into analytics solutions.
