You build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business and technical stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database tuning.
• Design MS SQL Server data models and schemas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within an Agile development environment.
• Solve analytical problems independently and as part of a technical team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
• 5+ years of SQL Server development experience, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in writing complex DAX queries.
• Experience with MS SQL Server data modelling and schema design.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pensions Benefit Management programs.
• Familiarity with Tableau, QlikView, Python, R, Azure, or AWS.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or relevant SQL/Data Analysis certifications.
