Own the stability and evolution of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data pipelines for Capital Markets operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for production Power BI environments, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for data, reporting, and application failures.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain data models and dashboards to support capital markets business and operational reporting.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across market data, trades, positions, and reference sources.
• Create and maintain SOPs, support documentation, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Power BI development and production support.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Proven experience with data validation, troubleshooting complex production issues, and root cause analysis.
• Background in financial services technology, specifically Capital Markets data (securities, pricing, trades).
• Ability to collaborate with business users and technology stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
