Description

Lead the technical direction and implementation of the Power BI reporting landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards consolidating data from diverse sources, including custom and vendor platforms.
• Capture reporting needs with business stakeholders and deliver independent solutions.
• Drive data standardization and governance to ensure report consistency and accuracy.
• Provide functional leadership to reporting teams by establishing best practices and ensuring delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Power BI, including advanced Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• 3+ years of experience unifying disparate reporting sources (out-of-box, custom, vendor).
• 8+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, gathering requirements, and delivering business insights.
• 6+ years of experience in functional leadership, mentoring analysts, and driving reporting strategy.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance frameworks.
• Background in vendor platform integration.
