Lead the development of complex data models and visual reporting solutions to drive business planning and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex data models in Power BI using advanced joins and implement row-level security.
• Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards tailored for executive leadership.
• Connect to, import, and transform data from SQL, Hive, Azure, and AWS S3 sources.
• Construct statistical and financial models to forecast business performance and identify gaps.
• Manage project documentation and design methodologies while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop, including advanced DAX query development.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and onboarding data.
• Experience with cloud data sources including Azure and AWS S3.
• Ability to develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards.
• Strong UI/UX skills for dashboard design and data visualization.
• Proven ability to develop Power Automate workflows.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical data models.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial modeling or statistical forecasting.
