Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-scale BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You own the architecture blueprints, high-level designs, and low-level specifications for data models and reporting layers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
• Develop high-level and low-level design documents for BI solutions, including complex data models.
• Build and orchestrate end-to-end data pipelines using Fabric Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and Lakehouses.
• Create advanced reporting solutions using Power BI Premium, Paginated Reports, and DirectLake.
• Implement security and performance optimizations using RLS, Incremental Refresh, and advanced DAX.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with proven expertise in Power BI Pro and Premium.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, and Lakehouses.
• Experience working with Fabric Copilots to accelerate data modeling and report generation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, Dataflows, and incremental refresh strategies.
• Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and Azure DevOps for Agile/Scrum project management.
• Experience migrating legacy BI platforms to Power BI is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qlik Sense legacy environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
