Description

You will develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and SQL solutions for the Data Quality Enhancement initiative.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor Critical Data Elements and KPIs.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in MS SQL Server.
• Write and optimize DAX queries to enhance report performance and functionality.
• Review SQL execution plans, partitions, and indexes to identify and implement performance enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Minimum 5 years of SQL Server development experience, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience writing complex DAX queries.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server data modeling and schema design.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of Python or R programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
