Description

Build and maintain Power BI reports and SQL data solutions to drive data quality and track business KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor critical data elements.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and DAX for efficient data retrieval.
• Analyze SQL execution plans, partitions, and indexes to resolve performance bottlenecks in long-running queries.
• Translate business requirements into actionable reports and guide data visualization best practices.
• Automate manual Excel-based data manipulation processes into efficient data preparation workflows.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL Server development, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Proven experience writing complex DAX queries.
• Experience with MS SQL Server data modeling and schema design.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau, QlikView, Python, or R.
• Experience in Pensions Benefit Management programs.
