Description

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Dynamics 365 CE or Power Pages Developer. The developer will design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and/or Power Pages portals to support business processes and user experience requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing technical and functional requirements, building entities, forms, workflows, plugins, integrations, and web resources, and developing secure, responsive Power Pages with appropriate authentication and data access. The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution quality, performance, and alignment with best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability. The developer will also participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support, contributing to continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional phone etiquette for stakeholder and team interactions.
• Administrative assistance capabilities, including organizing project documentation, managing task tracking, and supporting coordination across teams.
• Clerical skills such as accurate record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Ability to effectively use office equipment and productivity tools (e.g., computers, collaboration platforms, project management tools) in a development environment.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization (entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, dashboards).
• Experience developing Power Pages (Power Apps portals), including security configuration, portal customization, and integration with Dataverse.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Power Automate, and REST/JSON-based integrations with external systems.
• Understanding of software development life cycle, version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and deployment pipelines within Microsoft ecosystem.
