Description

You will own the administration, governance, and troubleshooting of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the upgrade process for the Power Platform CoE toolkit.
• Administer AI features and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot usage.
• Manage and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs and debugging applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools.
• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
• 5+ years of strong understanding of data visualization principles and data modeling using Power BI.
• 3+ years of familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
• 3+ years of familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Canvas apps and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of total working experience in related platforms.
