Description

You administer and govern the Power Platform environment, covering Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents. You manage environment strategy, security roles, and platform configuration while overseeing the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor solution lifecycle and ALM processes across dev, test, and prod environments.
• Define and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to ensure enterprise compliance.
• Manage Power Platform licensing, usage analytics, and cost optimization.
• Handle operational support via ServiceNow, managing incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Power Platform environments.
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.
• Proficiency in managing incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Ability to define governance standards and DLP policies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
