You will lead AI adoption strategies and design automated business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Define AI adoption strategies that align with business goals, KPIs, and ROI expectations.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Copilot AI.
• Integrate machine learning models and intelligent document processing into low-code/no-code applications.
• Oversee data governance, security, and compliance using Microsoft Purview and Azure policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered workflows and predictive analytics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in business architecture or solution design.
• Deep expertise with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Proficiency with Dataverse and Power BI for AI-driven analytics.
• Experience implementing RPA and intelligent chatbots for process optimization.
• Knowledge of Azure AI and integrating external data sources.
• Understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to manage change and conduct training for AI integration.
