You will design and lead AI adoption strategies by integrating Power Platform and Dynamics 365 into core business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define AI adoption strategies to optimize business processes like customer service automation and sales forecasting.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, and Copilot.
• Implement AI-driven analytics and reporting through Power BI.
• Oversee data governance, security, and compliance using Microsoft Purview and Azure policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into automated, intelligent workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business architecture or solution design.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations).
• Proficiency with Azure AI, including Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, and OpenAI models.
• Experience integrating solutions with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Azure AD, and Role-Based Access Control.
• Ability to implement RPA and intelligent document processing.
• Degree in any field.
