You will manage the Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on CoE toolkit administration, automation, and data visualization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage upgrades and troubleshoot the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
• Leverage Co-Pilot Studio to automate development workflows.
• Design, create, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop and support Canvas apps to meet organizational needs.
• Document technical processes and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform components.
• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software.
• 5+ years of experience in data visualization and modeling using Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Services, specifically Azure Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for solution development.
• Proficiency in Power Platform Canvas app development.
• Expertise in managing Power Platform CoE toolkit upgrades and technical resolutions.
• Strong technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.
