You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, and testing for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for all D365 development efforts and issue resolution.
Develop technical documentation, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analyses.
Create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate how Power Platform features meet business needs.
Define and refine governance approaches for platform use while adhering to VITA standards.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Customer Service, including customization of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, and Workflows.
5+ years of experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
5+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.
3+ years of experience working within a Microsoft GCC tenant.
3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
Proficiency in solution management, including managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, and reusable components.
Experience with custom connectors, Azure Functions, API integrations, and data migration tools.
Knowledge of role-based security configuration and Microsoft licensing models for D365 and Power Platform.
Ability to troubleshoot and remediate technical issues within D365 and Power Platform environments.
Preferred Skills
2+ years of experience with DevOps tools for Power Platform, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
3+ years of experience working with Virginia state agencies and knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia IT policies and enterprise architecture standards.
