Description

Architect and govern enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform environments, ensuring scalable design, security compliance, and operational stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of tenant architecture to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable design improvements.
• Audit complex Power Automate flows, analyze interdependencies, and optimize logic integrity and performance.
• Enforce data connector governance, least-privileged access models, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Define environment strategies for Dev/Test/Prod, managing ownership, lifecycle, and support structures.
• Identify platform stability risks and execute remediation plans to ensure high availability and robust monitoring.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong technical audit capabilities to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security models and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing environment routing, solution layering, and tenant-level controls.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices within Power Platform using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in scalable low-code architecture principles.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business-focused recommendations for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across security, infrastructure, and application teams.
