About the job

• The person would serve as a central governance and enablement lead across MUFG's business lines. Key responsibilities include:
• Guiding citizen developers (business users building low-code/no-code apps) across multiple business units
• Establishing a Center of Excellence for the Power Platform
• Setting up governance frameworks, guardrails, best practices, and standards — Pavan said none of that exists today and "apps are prospering all over the place with no central governance"
• Must have deep technical expertise in Power Apps / Power Platform (this is non-negotiable — Pavan stressed technical depth is the most important quality)
• Must also be a strong communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders
• 10+ years’ experience minimum
• BFSI domain knowledge is a plus but not required
