You will serve as the central governance and enablement lead for the Power Platform across business lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish a Center of Excellence for the Power Platform.
• Define and implement governance frameworks, guardrails, and best practices.
• Guide citizen developers in building low-code and no-code applications.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development or architecture.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Apps.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of establishing governance structures from the ground up.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
