Description

Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, leading development teams and ensuring scalable, secure architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Define architecture, governance, and best practices for Power Platform implementations and ALM strategies.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems via Azure and APIs.
• Manage environment strategy, security, data governance, and Dataverse structures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development or architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong experience with Dataverse, connectors, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Azure integration and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture and enterprise-level implementations.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and ALM within the Power Platform.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development teams in low-code application development.
• Background in translating complex business requirements into technical architectures.
