Description

You will align IT systems with organizational business processes, designing and implementing technology solutions that support operational workflows and strategic objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Validate that deployed solutions improve core business functions across the full project lifecycle.
• Provide technical architecture services, including planning, design, and development of enterprise IT infrastructure and systems integration.
• Manage large-scale Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) projects involving complex software, system integration, and large datasets.
• Ensure scalable, compliant, and interoperable solutions meet mission-critical operational and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
• 5+ years of experience in a lead capacity.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools and processes.
• Proven track record of providing technical architecture services for enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex software development from initial conception to maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (or 12+ years of qualifying experience substituting for the degree).
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure alignment with business goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with federal, state, or local government entities.
• Background in designing security frameworks and technology standards.
