Description

You will define and implement Power Platform architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Power Platform architecture, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate workflows.
• Drive API-first integration using Dataverse, Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), and external systems.
• Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards, covering environment strategy, DLP policies, RBAC, and conditional access.
• Own ALM and DevOps practices, managing CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and code quality/security scanning.
• Provide technical leadership across the SDLC, covering planning, design, development, testing, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps—canvas/model-driven, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years developing and maintaining custom business applications.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role guiding technical staff.
• Hands-on development experience in C# for custom components and integrations.
• Experience designing and managing integration infrastructure for Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (REST/SOAP) and endpoint security (APIM, OIDC).
• Familiarity with RDDBMS such as DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server.
• Experience with load/performance testing.
