Description

You will design and implement secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Power Platform architecture and strategy, covering model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate workflows.
• Drive API-first integration using Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems.
• Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards including DLP policies, RBAC, and conditional access.
• Own ALM and DevOps practices, managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Provide technical leadership across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps canvas/model-driven, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
• 10+ years in IT with experience developing and maintaining custom business applications.
• Hands-on development capability in C# for custom components and integrations.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (REST/SOAP) and endpoint security (APIM, OIDC).
• Experience with RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server).
• Experience with load/performance testing.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role guiding technical staff.
• Proven experience developing or leading enterprise web applications.
