You will design and implement secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
Define and implement Power Platform architecture and strategy, covering model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate workflows.
Drive API-first integration using Dataverse, Azure services, and external systems.
Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards including DLP policies, RBAC, and conditional access.
Own ALM and DevOps practices, managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Provide technical leadership across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, and performance tuning.
Required Skills
Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps canvas/model-driven, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
10+ years in IT with experience developing and maintaining custom business applications.
Hands-on development capability in C# for custom components and integrations.
Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (REST/SOAP) and endpoint security (APIM, OIDC).
Experience with RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or SQL Server).
Experience with load/performance testing.
Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role guiding technical staff.
Proven experience developing or leading enterprise web applications.
