Description

You will own the architectural oversight, governance, and stability of enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of tenant architecture to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable design improvements.
• Audit complex Power Automate flows, analyze interdependencies, and optimize performance and logic integrity.
• Enforce data connector governance, credential handling, and least-privileged access models aligned with M365 security frameworks.
• Define environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), validating ownership models, lifecycle management, and support structures.
• Identify platform stability risks and execute remediation plans to ensure high availability and improved monitoring standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong technical audit capabilities to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot existing solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security models, governance frameworks, and DLP strategies.
• Experience managing environment routing, solution layering, and tenant-level controls.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices within Power Platform, preferably using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing enterprise governance models and scalable low-code architecture principles.
• Ability to translate technical risks into business-focused recommendations for stakeholders.
