Description

You will own the enterprise architecture and governance of the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable low-code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of tenant architecture to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable design improvements.
• Audit complex Power Automate flows, analyze interdependencies, and optimize logic for performance and reliability.
• Enforce data connector governance, implement least-privileged access models, and apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Define environment strategies across Dev/Test/Prod, managing ownership models and lifecycle practices.
• Identify platform stability risks and execute remediation plans to improve monitoring, logging, and error handling.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Power Platform environments.
• Strong technical audit capabilities to analyze and optimize existing solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security models, governance frameworks, and tenant-level controls.
• Experience implementing enterprise governance models and DLP strategies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices within Power Platform using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate technical risks into business-focused recommendations for stakeholders.
