Description

You will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements from analysts and stakeholders into functional Dynamics 365 features.
• Develop and manage solution components, including managed and unmanaged solutions, publishers, and versioning.
• Customize CRM forms, views, charts, dashboards, and themes.
• Configure entity properties, field customizations, calculated fields, rollup fields, and field-level security.
• Provide system documentation and training to business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
• Experience managing entity ownership, properties, and custom entities.
• Proficiency in implementing business rules, workflow dialogs, and conditional branching in business process flows.
• Hands-on experience with solution management, including importing and exporting solutions.
• Ability to work within a team environment across multiple simultaneous solution developments.
• Strong understanding of entity mapping, connections, and connection roles.
• Implement entity relationships, cascading rules, and hierarchical data structures.
