Description

You will design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically Field Service and Customer Service modules.
• Build and configure Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and Power Pages for internal and external use.
• Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions to map business use cases to technical solutions.
• Create design solutions, prototypes, and technical documentation including requirements and analysis.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, document technical solutions, and collaborate with system administrators to implement fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with Dataverse and Power Pages.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, deployment, and usage.
• Ability to configure business process automation.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into functional technical solutions.
• PowerApps Professional or PowerApps Developer certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, including Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
