Description

You will design and deliver scalable analytics solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, translating business requirements into interactive dashboards and automated processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.
• Develop and manage data pipelines, transformations, and business logic using Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document metrics, and ensure solution adoption.
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for reporting tools and Power Platform applications.
• Continuously optimize reporting solutions based on feedback and emerging technologies like Generative AI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service) and DAX.
• Proficiency in Power Query (M Language) for data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Solid proficiency in SQL for querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Ability to create clear documentation for datasets, metrics, and data sources.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or investment banking domains.
• Familiarity with Snowflake (including Snowflake Cortex) and Generative AI use cases.
