Description

You will build and deploy automated workflows to integrate Outlook with Sage 100 ERP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to push purchase orders from Outlook into Sage 100 ERP.
• Automate manual order entry processes using MS Power Automate.
• Translate Outlook data into Excel documents for Sage 100 uploads.
• Implement AI Builder within Power Automate to enhance data processing.
• Use Visual Integrator in Sage 100 to manage data transfers between systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process automation and data integration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Proven experience integrating Outlook with third-party ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Sage 100 ERP and Visual Integrator.
• Practical knowledge of using AI Builder for data transformation.
• Ability to design workflows that reduce manual data entry tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex data integration challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Excel-based data processing.
• Familiarity with other ERP or CRM integrations.
• Experience working in a remote, part-time capacity.
