Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, secure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Implement components of a solution that include application enhancements, custom user experiences, and system integrations.
• Identify and solve technical challenges related to the Power Platform.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior team members.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for leading the team and delivering projects on time as agreed with the business.
• Apply knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure.
• Possess a good understanding of design solution infrastructure setup and DevOps for large Power Platform projects.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Expertise in Canvas Apps development and SharePoint integration.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integration scenarios.
• Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Azure services and cloud-based architecture.
• Knowledge of ALM practices and DevOps for Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Relevant certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or Azure are preferred
