Description

You will provide production support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions across the ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.
• Monitor platform performance, usage metrics, and overall system health.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Administer Power Platform environments, covering setup, governance, and DLP policy management via the Power Admin Portal.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage on-premises gateway servers and maintain secure connections.
• Experience integrating with Azure services and premium connectors.
