Description

Lead end-to-end development of responsive web applications using the Power Platform. Own the lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring high performance and standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Power Apps, ensuring full responsiveness and visual fidelity to design specs.
• Write high-performing, standards-compliant code and conduct thorough code reviews for front-end and back-end components.
• Manage stakeholder communications to align on requirements and ensure timely feature implementation.
• Guide junior developers through technical mentorship and code quality standards.
• Design and implement system architecture with a focus on data structures and algorithms.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Power Apps development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Portals, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Direct experience building Model Driven Apps and working with Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in HTML, Modern JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience developing Microsoft Flows using REST APIs and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with Azure and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
