The ideal candidate has strong experience building custom Power Platform solutions from the ground up, not simply configuring Dynamics 365. This role partners closely with Power Platform Architects and senior engineering leadership, contributing to solution delivery within clearly defined technical frameworks and enterprise controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop model-driven Power Apps that support complex, enterprise business processes
• Build, enhance, and maintain Power Automate flows for workflow automation and system integrations
• Participate in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution packaging, deployments, and environment management
• Apply sound engineering judgment when determining the appropriate use of Power Automate, plugins, or native platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Power Platform Architects and senior engineers to implement approved solution designs and technical standards
• Support enhancements and ongoing development of custom Power Platform solutions built from the ground up
• Ensure all solutions comply with established governance, security, and enterprise quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, patterns, and documentation
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, with a heavy emphasis on model-driven applications
• Solid experience with Power Automate for automation and integration scenarios
• Demonstrated experience building custom Power Platform applications, beyond basic Dynamics 365 configuration
• Practical experience with ALM deployments, including solutions, environments, and release management
• Strong understanding of when to use Power Automate vs. plugins vs. native platform features
• Ability to operate within established architecture, governance, and design standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Exposure to AI capabilities within Power Platform, such as Copilot or AI Builder
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (supporting knowledge, not the primary focus of the role)
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
Any Graduate
