Description

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, adhering to strict architecture and ALM standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop model-driven Power Apps to support complex enterprise business processes.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows for workflow automation and system integrations.
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution packaging, deployments, and environment management.
• Collaborate with Power Platform Architects to implement approved solution designs and technical standards.
• Ensure all solutions comply with established governance, security, and enterprise quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, with a heavy emphasis on model-driven applications.
• Solid experience with Power Automate for automation and integration scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience building custom Power Platform applications from the ground up, beyond basic Dynamics 365 configuration.
• Practical experience with ALM deployments, including solutions, environments, and release management.
• Strong understanding of when to use Power Automate versus plugins versus native platform features.
• Ability to operate within established architecture, governance, and design standards.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI capabilities within Power Platform, such as Copilot or AI Builder.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 supporting knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
