Description

You design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Create, deliver, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in the GCC.
• Customize CRM forms, views, charts, and dashboards.
• Manage entities, fields, relationships, and business rules.
• Provide training and documentation for system changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
• Experience with Power Platform and GCC (Global Customer Cloud).
• Strong understanding of business process flows and workflows.
• Ability to work cohesively in team environments with multiple solutions.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
