Description

You will build and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance user experience and automate core processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build a framework within MS PowerApps Portal for self-service case management, including creation, review, and attachment handling.
• Implement SQL database connectors within Dataverse to enable PowerApps queries on local SQL databases and automate user authentication cross-checks.
• Configure Power Virtual Agent chatbots to deliver generic and user-specific information based on authentication status.
• Develop applications for managing trainings, integrating course evaluation capture and attendance tracking.
• Execute Dataverse contacts and accounts cleanup operations using authenticated user lists as the source of truth.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in professional software development environments.
• Proficiency in MS Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• 7 years of experience working with SQL database structures.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
