Description

You will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical capabilities into business strategies through solution envisioning and requirement analysis.
• Develop and enhance low-code/no-code applications within complex enterprise environments.
• Manage application lifecycle management using Power Platform Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Deliver automation solutions and reports within Agile project frameworks.
• Support and mentor a team of developers transitioning to the platform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business/application analysis, automation, or Power Platform development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365, specifically Model-Driven Apps and the Customer Experience Module.
• Strong experience with C# for plugin development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Bootstrap.
• Experience writing SQL queries in Oracle and MS-SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience building reports using Power BI.
• Competency with Visual Studio Editor and XrmToolBox.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale deployment and optimization.
• Proven track record working in high-stress Agile project delivery environments.
