Description

You will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business objectives. You translate requirements into functional components, managing the full solution lifecycle from publisher configuration to import/export handling.

Responsibilities

• Customize CRM forms, views, dashboards, and charts while managing entity properties and field-level security.
• Implement complex entity relationships, cascading rules, and hierarchical data structures.
• Configure business rules, workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows to automate logic.
• Provide technical documentation and training to support rapid system changes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in CRM development.
• 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM, Model Driven Apps, and architecture/security models.
• 5+ years using C# and JavaScript for advanced customizations, web resources, and plugins.
• 5+ years with SDLC for Model Driven Apps and solution management.
• 4+ years designing form structures, access teams, and sub-grids.
• 4+ years managing navigation, form types, and mobile clients.
• 3+ years with PCF custom controls and TypeScript.
• 2+ years developing complex Power Automate flows.
• 2+ years working with large-scale enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps Portals or The Portal Connector.
• Professional certifications in Dynamics.
