Description

You will build and configure enterprise applications for case management and customer service portals using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dataverse and Dynamics 365 to meet technical design requirements for case management.
• Implement business logic using native Dataverse capabilities, Power Automate, plug-ins, and Azure Functions.
• Build reusable components using Power Apps Component Framework, custom connectors, and Azure Functions.
• Test solutions to verify quality and track work items to ensure all work is documented and deployable.

Required Skills

• 3+ years developing and configuring Dynamics 365 online, Power Platform, and Power Apps Portals.
• 3 years of experience with Power BI.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and related cloud technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Case Management.
• Experience building custom code, including plug-ins and custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
• Proficiency with Azure PaaS services including Logic Apps, Functions, and Data Factory.
• Strong web development skills using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, and CI/CD pipelines with Dynamics 365.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PL-400 certification.
• Experience with Government Community Cloud (GCC).
• Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint workflows and custom web part design.
