Description

Design and develop Power Platform solutions to optimize business processes and deliver actionable reporting.

You will build effective solutions using platform tools to address business challenges, integrate with Microsoft services and internal platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. You will monitor solution performance, resolve bottlenecks, and provide technical support and training to end users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
• Develop custom connectors and integrate solutions with M365 and internal APIs.
• Perform process gap analysis, solution design, and ETL processes.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, DAX queries, Power FX, PowerShell, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with SharePoint development and customization.
• Knowledge of platform administration, including environments, DLP, Dataverse, security roles, and the COE Starter Kit.
• Working knowledge of M365 applications and administration.
• Ability to perform process gap analysis, solution design, and ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Power Platform Certification.
