Description

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Natural/Adabas application development.
• Strong experience with SQL development and query writing.
• Experience working with SCL in Linux environments.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications using Natural.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience defining technical solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving development processes.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including system analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with SCL scripting.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment
