Description

You will lead and deliver an end-to-end Power Apps tenant-to-tenant migration project.

Responsibilities

• Act as migration architect during the assessment phase: perform asset inventory, analyze complexity, and define approach.
• Package and migrate Power Platform solutions using PAC CLI, PowerShell, and solution export/import best practices.
• Reconfigure environment variables, connection references, and authentication post-migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compatibility, security roles, and user access in the target tenant.
• Document findings, configuration decisions, and recommendations for handoff and operational support.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments or tenants.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM practices.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, PAC CLI, and Power Platform admin tools.
• Experience designing and implementing solution architecture for enterprise-grade Power Platform deployments.
• Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar source control tools.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-900).
